Welcome to this week's newsletter!  Things have been crazy around here with Cha coming up, but it's time for a little fun!  In this newsletter you will get to see some wonderful peeks of our gallery (which will go live later today)  and also find out who our Guest Artist is this month! She has an amazing project for us and you are going to be blown away by her creativity! Also.. and I know.. it's early.. but we DO have some peeks of March as well.. read on and you will find out why...



Well, some of you may already know, but most of you probably don't.. that unfortunately,  we have already sold out of all of our February kits.  We normally have extra of the main kit and add-on kits to sell each month on the first (besides those we have for subscribers), but this month when we did our previews to our subscribers (they get to see  and purchase our add-on kits each month on the 25th instead of the 1st),  we sold out of all of our kits within a matter of hours.  I know many of you were anticipating our Guest Artist/Project kit for this month.. and also our main kit, so I am sorry for those who did not get in on this kit! 

We will still go live tomorrow as usual with our Gallery, Guest Artist Gallery and of course you can view all the kits on our kits page. Watch for that around 12:00 tomorrow.

We will also be offering sign ups for our March kit, so check back on our website tomorrow for more info on that! March is going to be so exciting with BRAND NEW Products from a lot of companies.. coming straight from CHA!  But we have something even cooler in store for you. Check out below for more info on March!

Sorry again for the sell out of the February kits. we always try and order enough for what we think our subscribers will want and then a little more for those of you who I know can't subscribe.. but we wanted you to know we are upping our add-on kits for March, so hopefully everyone who wants them can get them!

So I know you have all by wondering who our Guest Artist is for this month and I am so excited to announce that Maggie Holmes is the talented lady!  I gave you a few hints in our last newsletter, and she is as I mentioned before, she is  a new member of the 2008 Creating Keepsakes Creative team! She is also a design member for Making Memories, where I get to work with her on books and other projects. I am always in awe of her talent.  You can read more about her tomorrow in our Artist Gallery and see picture of her project using the Guest Artist/project kit as well as a few other things she did!

Here is a layout Ali has done with our Guest Artist kit. I am in Love with those office sheers from Maya Road and the new paper from Scenic Route! I also love how she used one of the two, exclusive stamps,  inside of the sheer oval! Soo cool!  (yes I said 2!) 
 

 

 

 

 

 
 

oh what a cute little boy! And the simplicity of this layout by Courtney Walsh shows off his adorable little face so well! I also like how she layered the round tags down the page. Brilliant!

 

 

 

 

 

Here is just a sneak peek of another layout Courtney did using our Mini kit! I LOVE the bright colors from the New Autumn Leaves line and the new blue/green floral from Scenic Route. This kit has so many fun goodies in it!

 

 

 

 

 

So who's ready for some sneak peeks of March? I know it's not even the 1st of February yet, but as I said before, since our February kits are all sold out, let's have some fun and see what's in store for March!

 Okay are you sitting down???  Well here we go,  March is FULL of brand new products from this month's upcoming CHAW 2008! . I have been working hard all week to secure brand new product to include in March's kits,  so you won't want to miss out on this month's fun!  We will have new product from Making Memories, Scenic Route, Cosmo Cricket, Tinkering ink, American Crafts,  7 Gypsies and more!!

We also have something BIG in store for our Main kit this month.  We not only have a dang COOL Guest Artist for March, but along with her comes double the fun.. we also have, for the first time,  a "guest manufacturer" for March! We have teamed up with Making Memories to bring you the brand new 5th Avenue line in our main kit.. and also with them comes the fabulous Wilna Furstenberg  who is a Making Memories designer and our Guest Artist for March! This kit is going to be big and includes a free gift from Making Memories on top of all the fabulous product! Plus they are giving away tons of goodies all month long on our blog! You are going to LOVE this new line.  This kit also includes other fun products from CHAW 2008 (new Cosmo Cricket, American crafts, Jenni Bowlin and more!)..  and of course ...all with a Scarlet Lime twist!

How about Add-on kits?   We will only have two add-ons kits for March because our Guest Artist kit will actually be tied into our main kit. So we will have one big "project"   kit and a mini kit as well.

I  have to tell you, I am having a hard time containing myself, over  March's Project kit.. it's BIG and when I  say big.. I mean, it includes all the normal goodies you can expect from our add-on kits, but it also includes... are you ready?.... a gorgeous  8x8 corduroy album as well!

 As you can see at the peek at the left, it includes the brand new Scenic Route Providence line, American Crafts new Amplified line, the new Tinkering Ink, Thistle Hill line and Jenni Bowlin's new Tangerine Line! Oh plus the embellishments in this kit are simply ROCKIN!

As with last month, since we only have one big add-on kit, and  we surely don't want anyone to miss out, we are extending a "pre-sign" up for this kit to subscribers only, as we did last month. .

 (this also includes those people who are on the waitlist for a March sub as well).

This kit will sell for $28.50 and includes the paper shown at the left, plus new embellishments from American Crafts, 7 Gypsies, Scenic Route, Scarlet Lime and more! Plus the 8x8 album!

You will have until February 5th to sign up for this kit. But this month we are going to do things a little differently, just to make this process run a little smoother. So here are the details:

Simply send me an e-mail at christy@scarletlime.com with the following information if you would like to be guaranteed a march project kit.

Please let me know the following when you send me your e-mail: : * If you are on a 3 month sub or a 6 month sub and what month you signed up for your CURRENT subscription.

This will help ensure that you get the correct link for payment on the 25th and hopefully will help things run smoother!

So if you want to be guaranteed this kit, simply send me an e-mail. Please only sign up if you plan on purchasing this kit. (if you are unsure or may change your mind later, please wait until the 25th of the month to see the kit in it's entirety and decide then).

Well I hope this hasn't all been too confusing for you! We are considering doing subscription for our Project kit's each month, so watch for that in the coming month's. 

 

We have to do a giveaway.. to celebrate February and officially "kick off" March's sneak peaks.. and all month long we will be giving away prizes from Making Memories.. so watch out!
