Welcome to the Scarlet Lime Newsletter

 

So can you believe April is only like 10 days away..?  I can't. I think time goes by so much faster the older you get! LOL. Well hopefully time will slow down just a bit, so you can have a chance to enjoy the newsletter this week! I am excited to share with you some inspiration, both in layouts AND in organization!  This week we also have new peeks of what's in store for April!

Now remember, if you are a subscriber (new for April or existing).. tonight is the night for the e-mail preview links to be sent out! So make sure you watch for those on at 7:00 pm MST. 

Also wanted to let you all know really quick a little more info on the stamp sale for April!  First off, the sale will actually be held on my sister-in-law's Etsy site.  She is going to  do the entire thing for us, because with smaller items like that it's just easier! She will also be putting together some custom kits that will have products in it from all of our past kits from the last 6 months. Papers, rubons, chipboard, ribbons, flowers, etc.. fun custom kits at a great price! So watch for those!  But a little on how the sale will work. We thought it would be easiest, to  create "custom" listings for those who wants a lot of different stamps or kits, so we are doing to send out a stamp and kit list.. the night the sale starts (so the night of the 15th) ..  we will send out an e-mail to everyone on the newsletter list and it will have pictures of all the stamps and kits that will be for sale. If you want to purchase any of the stamps,  you will then just send her an e-mail letting her know which ones you want, and she will create a custom listing for you on her Etsy site. The stamps are limited and we don't have each one available, so it will on a first come basis. There will be more info in the e-mail we send out .. so watch for it on the 15th! :)

 

Well let's get onto our newsletter!  I hope you guys all have a wonderful Easter this weekend and for those going on Spring Break.. have fun! Speaking of storage! I have a great little thing to share with you on storing your Scarlet Lime stamps! Susan from little monkey's stamp storage sent me this awesome solution to store all of my Scarlet Lime stamps! SO I just had to share. I really didn't have storage for them.. and was thrilled at how easy it was to use.  Plus if you want to go to a crop, you just take the sleeves you want and go!  It's so easy and you can even store un-mounted rubber stamps with it as well. and speaking of Scarlet Lime stamps! We are excited because starting with the April kits, all of our stamps will come in their own little package with label an all! SO excited about that :)

 Oh so in love with the April main kit. I think the papers just hooked me in, but then I also was able to find some really great products from different manufacturers to compliment all of them! Here is a peek of some more of the products in store for this kit! I am IN LOVE with the new little alphabet stickers from Adorn IT! They are tiny and PERFECT for journaling, titles, and even to fit inside most of our stamps! oh so cute! Then I found some GREAT finds at K& Company, with their colorful rubons, and glittered cardstock stickers! And you can see just a PEEK of the adhesive backed chipboard pieces from GCD Studio's (a brand new company at CHA). Their chipboard pieces come with four FULL colored sheets of both Chipboard shapes and ALPHABETS!  Plus there's still more to come! can you believe it? (labels, flowers, trims and more!)..

The April Project kit has a fun, funky yet dainty feel to it.. so it's a true Scarlet Lime kit! LOL    I LOVE chipboard and when I saw these brand new chipboard pieces from Bazzill, just had to have them! And another favorite of mine from CHA were these glittered dimensional stickers from K & Company.. I have to say, they had a TON of great embellishments at this show! We also added in this cute little album from Melissa Frances plus a lots of other goodies as well! (Rubons, alphabet stickers,  trims, labels and more!)

I also thought I would leave the peeks from last week.. just so you can see how it will all come together! :)

 

 

 

 

Oh I love the mini kits.. great product at a great price! This month's kit includes brand new Iron on art from SEI (don't worry, it's super easy to use and we will have a tutorial on them in our gallery!)  and then of course.. I had to include another color of those mini little alphabet stickers from Adorn it! I can't get ENOUGH OF THEM! Plus more brand new Bazzill shapes (love the flowers).. and this isn't all either!  You will just have to wait and see!
