Welcome to the Scarlet Lime Newsletter

Well October is off to a fantabulous start (love that word).. and mostly in part to all of YOU and your support for the Scarlet Lime kits!

I have lots of fun things planned for October as far as giveaways and even a few challenges! So watch for our weekly newsletters (coming each Friday) with those as well as sneak peeks of the November kits.

I am excited to bring to you a few more layouts using our October kits from our Artist Team Member Kelly Purkey and also our Guest Artist Michelle Hill! You can see more of Michelle's work in the Guest Artist Gallery... here.

	I love yellow right now and Kelly has done an amazing job putting together this layout using both the Guest Artist Kit and also the October main kit. Those felt flower from Carefree Glimmer are just so dang cute!

This kit was done by Kelly using only the October main kit. I love how she stamped all the butterflies directly onto the Kraft paper and then also cut some of the out to add extra dimension. I LOVED this close up shot (at right) of the dictionary paper, layered onto the doily. So eclectic and fun. 

Michelle created this layout using products from only the October Main kit. I love how she actually cut the waves out of the Basic Grey paper and also how she used word strips for her journaling.

 Michelle Hill's File Folder Mini Album class

Michelle has put together a really cute and creative class for us this month. This class was put together using her Guest Artist Favorites kit, but you can also create this class with scraps and supplies you have at home. She give some cool ideas on using circles punches and a unique way to create an album using string, file folders and a pencil! TOO COOL!

This class is for printable instructions ONLY. It does not come with a kit. Once we receive payment, you will be sent a special link with instruction on how to download and print the class instructions out.

October is a fun month for me.. not only because I love Halloween.. but it's also my birthday.. and while we always seem to busy to really celebrate it, we also end up doing something fun.. even if it's renting a movie and snuggling by the fireplace.
