About the "dress-up and dance" Album.
This
looks so complicated but in fact is very easy to make!
1. I
used 2
little fames (7"x7")
from IKEA as the front and back covers.
2. Then I used a piece of cardstock cut the same hight as the
fames and fold it like an accordion so that I had 10 folds that
was 1.5" wide. (please look at the detailed pictures to get a
better understanding)
3. My pages is a 5th avenue paper fold in half and cut 7" high. I
embellished the pages first and then I adhered them to the
accordion. Because my frames was 7", and the inside pages is only
6", I compensated a little by not adhering the pages the whole
width of the accordion, but only to about 0.5" of the accordion.
4. To adhere the pages and covers to the accordion, start with the
front cover. I used a staple gun to adhere the cover to the
accordion "backbone". Then I used a pretty paper to finish off the
front and back covers so that it look neat. (I used the pretty
blue with the sparkly dots)
5. So, as you can see in the pictures, the pages are actually
pockets... so you can add pictures or tags there.
6. I added some clips I bought at Staples (they were just perfect
black and white)
